We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays). During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

At Acre Lou, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. We offer refunds and store credit on eligible full-priced domestic orders that meet our returns criteria.

A store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) once received and inspected

All orders shipped outside Australia are final sale. International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, store credit or item changes, including but not limited to delays in transit, customs holds or changes in import regulations.

Items available for pre-order will be clearly labelled on the product page with an estimated delivery window.
