Sharpay is someone who keeps up with the times. A skirt that grows with you. Made with a deadstock micro-stripe, blue stretch cotton. A doubled over waist-band, built to be rolled low or stretched long. Allowing you to wear the skirt, not the skirt wear you. Roll Sharpay to your desired shape. A slightly structure drape on the lower part of the skirt; also double bagged, creating a flatteringly seamless hem. A layerer, or a statement. Sharpay performs to the crowd.
