Handmade with love in Los Angeles, the Elena skirt is the perfect length mini skirt. With a mock garter belt style white lace design, topped off with bows. Made with a buttery dead stock black cotton fabric. Style notes: Dead stock, cotton fabric . Mini skirt. Fit notes: true to size but size up if you want a lower looser fit. Fabric is soft and stretchy cotton that mends to a perfect mini skirt fit. Model is wearing a small and is 5’8” Fabric: 100% cotton Care:Wash with like colors and hang to dry or hand wash in cold water and hang to dry to maintain longevity. Production & Shipping:The Elena skirt is made to order in small batches by our seamstress team. Please allow 2–4 weeks for shipping.
