Designed with a relaxed, slightly cropped blouse with a boat neckline and dramatic bell sleeves, paired with matching wide-leg capris featuring a softly gathered elastic waistband. Chloe is wearing nude boy shorts underneath. For reference, Chloe is 5'8" and typically wears a size Small in bottoms - wearing a size S/M capris. This standard capri length measures an outseam 31" & Inseam 23".
